Without limitation, you are not authorized to make the Information available on any web site or otherwise reproduce, distribute, copy, store, use or sell the information for commercial gain without the express written consent of AEI. This is a personal service, thus your right to use the web site or information is non-assignable. Our service requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify AEI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. AEI will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by AEI or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone elses account at any time, without the permission of the account holder. 5) LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES. The links in this area will let you leave AEIs site. The linked sites are not under the control of AEI and AEI is not responsible for the contents of any linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. AEI has no affiliations with these companies and therefore you surf at your own risk. 6) PRODUCT LIABILITY. AEI is not a manufacturer of air bags or any of the accesories related to such safety equipment and therefore makes no claims as to the reliability of any of the used air bags or accessories you purchase at our store or web-site. All airbags are sold as is with no guarantee as to condition. Customer is responsible for taking airbags to have them inspected and approved by a certified installer. No liability is assumed by AIE. 7) PRODUCTS CONDITION. All safety products distributed by AEI are NON-deployed pullouts from salvaged vehicles and therefore classified as recycled parts. Therefore, some general ware is assumed by purchaser including but not limited to; paint fading and scuff marks of cosmetic covers, some rust of metal parts and general use as accepted by the recycling industry. New York Customer Must Buy New Airbags ONLY 8) PRIVACY POLICY. Any information provided to AEI will only be used for the purpose of providing you with either a product or service at your request. We will not contact you unless you are requesting information from our company. We do not share this information with any other third party and your e-mail address is not sold or used for any other purpose.If you register to receive promotional information we include an unscribe feature in compliance with CAN-SPAM Act. 9) MERCHANDISE RETURNS. All merchandise returns are subject to the policies and guidelines set forth in the customer support tab and stated in the "Merchandise Return Policy" web page. AEI reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. All airbag (Hazmat) shipments are sent out one way and therefore, we are not responsible for any call tags or pickups for any return items. Customer is responsible for confirming products purchased on-line. Products purchased via our online quotes or from our online inventory that reflect a part numbers, color, descriptions, etc. are to be confirmed by the purchaser and are considered a final sale.
